Hello friends! A while back I teased a series about how to save money for the holidays. Well today I'm back with some great ways to grab personalized gifts for FREE. Yep. You read correctly, FREE!
My friends know I love a good deal so they usually share the news of any free items being offered. Thanks guys! This time of year so many places are offering free, personalized items that will make fabulous gifts. I'm stockpiling gifts now to avoid the hassle of shopping later.
GRANDPARENTS: Here's where you need to stop reading! :)
Right now Photo Barn is offering a free 5 x 7 wooden print with stand. This company comes recommended by a friend. All you have to pay is shipping costs which ran me $6.99. Even with that cost, it's still a fabulous deal. This deal is good through October 29 and the code is 5X7FREE.
Next up is Shutterfly. I encourage you to "like" their Facebook page and keep an extra close eye on it. They've been running specials for things like free 16x20 prints, notecards, and address labels. Last week I scored a free oversized print. These deals are usually good for a day or two at the most though so be sure to act fast. I created a few different projects and saved them on my account so that when/if they run a free special I'm ready!
Another great one is Pear Tree Greetings. Same thing goes for this one, "like" their Facebook page and keep a close eye on it. Their deals go super fast here! Yesterday I snagged free address labels. Even the shipping was free.
I also like to find ways cover my shipping costs because ... I really hate paying for anything. I started using an app called Ibotta that refunds money into your PayPal account for items probably already on your shopping list. I've been earning around $5.00 with each shopping trip I make. That money is deposited into my PayPal account that I keep separate for extra things I want that aren't necessarily in my budget. So right now I use that account to pay for shipping on all these great free deals! Which means, the gift is really 100% free!
I'll try to keep posting free deals as they come my way. If you know some, please share!
Happy - and FREE - holiday shopping guys!
xoxo
